面對全自動超聲波清洗機這三種故障怎么處理？

散熱風扇能轉動，但無超聲波輸出

可能是因為功率管損壞或保險絲熔斷，主板上的功率管會因為機器的長時間使用，導致功率管出現短路情況。

It may be because the power tube is damaged or the fuse is blown. The power tube on the main board will be short-circuited due to the long time use of the machine.

功率管在主板上連接時，用萬用表測量功率管兩側管腳的阻值。

When the power tube is connected on the main board, use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the pins on both sides of the power tube.

需要檢查發生器電源線有無短路，發生器整流橋是否有問題，可使用萬用表測量發生器整流橋四個腳有沒短路，如果短路了，需要更換整流橋。

Use a multimeter to measure whether the four pins of the generator rectifier bridge have a short circuit. If there is a short circuit, replace the rectifier bridge.

造成這個問題有可能是因為超聲波頻率協調沒有調節好、清洗槽內的清洗液液位放置不當或液體溫度過高、使用的清洗液不符合規格，這些需要根據設備及被清洗物品的材質大小所調節。
